1. How payment works
When you place an order on Trendshopy, we email you a secure Stripe payment link for the final total, including shipping for your destination and any taxes. You complete payment on Stripe's checkout page. Nothing is charged until you do.
Stripe is certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest security standard in the card industry. Your card number, expiry date and security code go directly to Stripe. Trendshopy never sees, stores or transmits full card details. We only receive the payment result and limited details, such as card brand and last four digits, to identify your order.
3-D Secure is supported, and Strong Customer Authentication is applied where required. Your bank may ask you to approve the payment in its app or with a one-time code.
2. Accepted payment methods
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
3. Currency
All prices are shown and charged in Indian rupees (INR). If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate and may add a foreign transaction fee. That fee is set by your bank and is not received by us.
4. How the charge appears on your statement
Charges are billed by Hostvento LLC and appear on your statement with a descriptor beginning with TRENDSHOPY. If you see a charge you do not recognise, email support@trendshopy.us with the date and amount before contacting your bank. We can identify the order and, if it should not have been taken, refund it directly, which is faster than a dispute.
5. Where the money goes
Stripe settles funds from completed orders into the business bank account of Hostvento LLC. Your protection as a customer comes from our Refund and Return Policy and from the chargeback rights provided by your card issuer.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Your bank may need a few more days to post it. If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment, you receive a full refund.
