Orders
How do I place an order?
Add products to your bag, go to checkout and enter your contact and shipping details. You get an order confirmation by email straight away, followed within one business day by a secure Stripe payment link for the final total.
Why do I pay through a payment link?
It lets us confirm stock and the exact shipping cost for your destination before you pay, so the total you see is the total you are charged. The link opens Stripe's secure checkout, where you can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of placing it or any time before payment, as long as it has not been dispatched. Email support@trendshopy.us with your order number.
Do I need an account?
No. You can order as a guest with just an email address.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
To over 120 countries worldwide.
How much is shipping?
Free standard tracked shipping on orders of ₹6,999 or more. For smaller orders, the shipping charge for your destination is shown on your payment link before you pay.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then usually takes 7 to 15 business days in the US, 10 to 20 to Canada and Europe, and 12 to 25 elsewhere. See our Shipping Policy.
Will I have to pay customs duties?
International orders may be charged import duties and taxes by your country. These are paid by the recipient and are not included in our prices.
Returns and refunds
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Opened beauty and personal-care items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty. Full details are in our Refund and Return Policy.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay, all processed securely by Stripe.
Is my card information safe?
Yes. Card details are entered on Stripe's PCI DSS Level 1 certified checkout and never touch our servers.
What currency are prices in?
Indian rupees. If your card is in another currency, your bank handles the conversion.
What will the charge look like on my statement?
Look for a descriptor beginning with TRENDSHOPY. Charges are billed by Hostvento LLC, the company behind Trendshopy.
